PADQ (Progressive Alternatives for Diverse and Qualified) is a non-profit organization founded in 2023 to provide quality education and career opportunities to students from rural and underprivileged backgrounds free of cost. At PADQ we envision crafting a dynamic and inclusive tapestry where every individual, irrespective of socio-economic background, gender, or cultural heritage, has access to education.

WHAT WE DO?
PADQ's main objective is to bridge the gap between rural and urban students and provide them with equal opportunities and exposure.
PADQ transforms lives by enabling students to access quality education and career guidance, develop their skills and talents, and discover their passions and interests, through our free courses and training programs. PADQ also creates a supportive network of peers, mentors, teachers, and partners who encourage and inspire students to pursue their dreams and overcome their challenges.
The team visits rural areas, where we provide free classes for those who wish to learn much more than their books. We seek out individuals with a strong passion for learning, bridging the gap for those who yearn for knowledge but lack access. Lack of resources for education is not a barrier for PADQ. Additionally, we extend our support to help them secure their coveted dream job, acting as a guiding force in their journey towards professional success. We are committed to an ecosystem that not only imparts knowledge but also cultivates a deep understanding of diversity, equality, and the interconnectedness of global challenges. We believe that education should serve as a catalyst for social change and break down barriers that prevent personal and collective progress.
Our Services

Career Guidance and Mentorship Program
Landing a dream job is not an easy task. Our career guidance and mentorship program helps students explore their career options and plan their future. Experts and mentors from different fields and industries help provide our students with insights, advice, and feedback on their career choices and goals. Our etiquette training also helps students prepare for various entrance exams, interviews, and placements. The program also exposes students to various opportunities and scholarships that are available to them.
Community Engagement and Outreach Program
PADQ's commitment to social responsibility is exemplified through its community engagement and outreach program.
